By accessing or using TradeSeal ("the Service") at tradeseal.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TradeSeal Digital Inc. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

TradeSeal Digital Inc. provides digital Red Seal exam preparation materials including practice questions, flashcards, study guides, and mock tests for Canadian tradespeople. The Service is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual) with a limited free tier.

Because our study materials are digital and available immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. We encourage you to use the free tier to evaluate the Service before subscribing. All content on TradeSeal — including questions, flashcards, study guides, and software — is owned by TradeSeal Digital Inc. and protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Unauthorized reproduction may result in account termination and legal action.

TradeSeal is a study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Red Seal Program, Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), or any provincial apprenticeship authority. Passing TradeSeal practice tests does not guarantee passing the official Red Seal examination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeSeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including exam failure.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
